Below are the workouts for the Beginner Bootcamp program. There are 2 programs, a JUMP and a No-JUMP. They both are a 8-week program. Workouts #1-12 ramp up in intensity, then you simply repeat the workouts again to try and improve your performance.
The other workouts below the NO JUMP and JUMP programs are just additional beginner bootcamp workouts. Those really aren’t in any order. You should be ready to progress to the other Bootcamp Genres that we have on the site after you complete the JUMP Program, but if you are not I will still always be adding other beginner workouts.
Remember to keep track of your reps.
