This page you will find all of the Kettlebell Khaos Bootcamp Workouts. These workouts are for an intermediate to advanced level of fitness. But each workout is still based on interval training or a ‘do-what-you-can’ type of work, so a beginner still would be able to do this type of workout. The workouts are not in any particular order, just the order that I shot them in.

The regular kettlebell khaos workouts are combination. Each one is uniquely different. Intervals are used mostly in these.
Continuous Kettlebell Khaos is just what it sounds like. Non-stop work. This training will resemble the Kettlebell Competiitions. So if you are gearing up for one, or you just want to have the ultimate ‘cardio’ experience these are for you.
Kettlebell Flow is kettlebell training that flows from one movement to the next without stopping. It’s kind of like continuous but you are doing multiple movements rather then just one.
The shorter workouts (<15:00) are made shorter, so you have the option of repeating them if you want a longer workout.
