Warm-Ups 1-5 Body Weight

This page you will find warm-ups #1-5. There is also a band warm-up (warm-up #6)

All workouts need to be proceeded by a warm-up. If you don’t have time to warm-up, you don’t have time to workout.

Each warm-up is 4-8 minutes in length. Try out different ones to see which one you like the best, or alternate between several. Or simply take some exercises from some and make your own.

The main purpose is just to get the body ready for activity. Get the blood flowing to all the major muscles and joints.
